Signing up for Lucid is simple. Click the "LOG IN" button in the header, then select "Sign Up" to create your account. You can register as either an artist or a buyer. Artists will need to complete an application process to ensure quality and authenticity. Once approved, artists can start uploading their artwork and setting up their profiles. Buyers can immediately start browsing and purchasing artwork after creating an account.
Creating an account on Lucid is free for both artists and buyers. Artists can upload and showcase their work at no cost. However, purchasing artwork licenses requires payment based on the artist's pricing and the type of license selected. We offer various licensing options to suit different needs, from single-use to extended commercial licenses. All pricing is transparent and set by the artists themselves.
Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you need to request a refund, please contact our support team at hello@lucidartintelligence.com with your order details and reason for the refund request. Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after approval. Please note that refunds may not be available for digital downloads that have already been accessed, depending on the circumstances and our refund policy.
